Congratulations to Mac Piles for taking 1st place in yesterday’s centennial league. Brady Bohannon, Kade Grunert and Joey Connor placed in the top 18. Way to go WILDCATS!

 

Hayden Singer auditions are Friday, May 3 and May 10 from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm in Wildcat Hall. Please prepare a short song for your audition and bring your music so the accompanist can play for you. Auditions will also include vocal exercises to determine range plus a short sight-singing exercise. For questions contact Maureen Borgren, brogrenm@haydencatholic.net.

 

All current National Honor Society members, please check your email for important announcements. Honor cords and tassels for graduation must be ordered by Thursday, May 2. Contact Ms. Knight with any questions.

 

All Latin students participated in taking the National Latin Exam this year, along with over 100,000 other students around the world. Congratulations to Sammy Wall for earning cum laude (with honors) on his exam and to Grace Evans for earning magna cum laude (with high honors) on hers. Way to excel, Wildcats!

 

Evan Prohaska will be signing with the University of Nebraska-Kearney today at 3:05 in the Cafeteria. Come help us congratulate him!

 

We will not have after school study hall this week. Study Hall will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday evening.

 

All guys planning on going out for football next fall there will be a short meeting in the Bingo Room tomorrow morning starting at 7:30 AM.

 

Congratulation to the Hayden Women’s Ensemble, Hayden Ladies Ensemble, Abby Ferrell, Natalie Gish, Lauren Harmon and Nick Quaney who received superior 1 ratings at the State Solo and Small Ensemble Festival held Saturday, April 27th in Larned. Also congratulations to Trinity Abril, Stephen Moore, and Ella Widen who received excellent 2 ratings. Way to go!

 

UPDATES:

Today’s Baseball game will now be played on Wednesday, May 1 at 3pm.

 

Today’s Softball game will now be played on Thursday, May 2 at 3:30 pm.

 

JV Soccer is still on for today at 4:30. The games have been moved to the turf football field at Seaman. The JV will play two 30 minute games so the Varsity Soccer game may begin sooner than scheduled.

 

Today’s swim meet has been moved to Wednesday at 4pm due to weather.
