Congratulations to our hard working Debate Squad who competed at two different tournaments this weekend. First, good job to Charlie Roeder and Jack Dunshee for challenging themselves at Olathe Northwest’s Debate Coaches Invitational. The pair went 2-3 against some of the state’s toughest competition. Second, great work to Rachel Grollmes, Alexa Scheer, Adrian Baker, Ava Lemon, Alejandro Calderon, Thomas Doyle, Gary Wang, and Patrick O’Gara, who debated locally at Seaman. The squad competed in open and novice divisions, earning an 11-9 record. Extra special recognition to the team of Grollmes and Scheer who earned medals for 8th place! Way to go Wildcats!
