There will not be after school study hall tomorrow, Wednesday or Thursday this week.

Auditions for the Hayden Theater winter production of “Pride and Prejudice” will be held on Wednesday and Thursday after school in Wildcat Hall. E-scripts are available. Contact Mr. Rad if you need a copy.

Thank you so much Hayden family!  Because of your generosity and support, we were able to raise over $1000 for our Christmas families with the pancake breakfast and jeans day!  A special thank you to Mrs. Smith and Ms. Bosch  in the cafeteria for all their hard work and delicious pancakes.  Student Council is filled with Wildcat pride because of all of you!

Congratulations to Lesley Ayala, Tim Choi, Lauren Harmon, Audrey Kuta, and Nick Quaney who were selected to be in the 2018 Northeast Kansas District Choir. They will work with a clinician on Dec. 1st at Topeka High and will perform a concert at the end of the day. Way to go!

Congratulations to our Hayden Debaters who challenged themselves at Highland Park’s Open Invitational! Novice debaters Gary Wang, Emma Bluml, Sean McConnell, Graidon Nichol, Max Colombo, Elizabeth Dunshee, Chris Burroughs, Curtis Morrissey, Yareli Ortiz, and Anna Brown clashed in 5 open rounds against the area’s experienced debaters finishing 9-16. Honors debaters Rachel Grollmes, Brett Funk, Alejandro Calderon, and Thomas Doyle faired well on the day, finishing 6-4. Special recognition to Rachel Grollmes who is now qualified for the post season’s State tournament!
