Hayden Cheer invites you to the Washburn Rural Spirit Showcase tomorrow. Come cheer on our Hayden Cheerleaders. Freshman Cheer will take the mat at 11:20 and varsity at 11:25. Admission is $5 cash or 5 non-perishable food items. Come support our Hayden Cheerleaders!


Auditions for the Hayden Theater Actors’ Showcase will be held on Wednesday, November 7 after school in Wildcat Hall. Four one-act plays have been chosen for presentation. See Mr. Rad for more information.


Congratulations to our Hayden Scholars Bowl squad. Captained by Jack Ossello, the Varsity squad of Charlie Roeder, CeCe Davidson, Brett Funk, and Nic Quaney competed in the Varsity Silver Lake meet. They finished 5-0 in pool play to advance to the playoffs, where they finished 2nd overall! Also, Thomas Doyle, James Gillin, Graidon Nichol, Sean McConnell, Michael Gentry, and Olivia Schmidt, competed at T-High’s competitive JV meet and finished 5-6 in the round robin format.


Fall Athletic Buffer Week starts Monday, November 5th. There will be no athletic practice, offseason conditioning, informal basketball shooting, working out on wrestling mats, etc. in school owned facilities during the Fall Athletic Buffer Week. Gymnasiums will not be open outside of school hours.


Winter Sports Practice

Winter sports practices begin Monday, November 12th.  If you plan on going out for a winter sport and have not been out for a fall sport you need to have a physical and concussion form turned in to Coach Taul before the first day of practice. These forms are in the office


Game Friday

The football game this Friday is a playoff game and everyone must pay.  Passes and School ID’s will not be accepted.  Admission is Adults $6 and students $5.
