Wednesday, October 13 – B Day, dismiss at 11:45am

Attention freshmen students interested in leadership…Get involved, make a difference, and run for student council!  Intent to run forms for freshmen class officers and representatives are available from Ms. Herman in room 307 and are due to her by Friday, October 22.  Any questions, ask Ms. Herman or a current member of student council.

 

We will dismiss today and tomorrow at 11:45am for Parent/Teacher Conferences and no school on Friday.

Tuesday, October 12 – A Day

Congratulations to the Girls Tennis Team who tied for first and points at regionals this weekend. Ainsley Zulueta  placed first in singles, Emily Sheetz and Lauren Sandstrom placed first in doubles, and Bri Barnett and Sloane Sims placed third in doubles. All will proceed to the state tournament this weekend. Nice jobe WILDCATS!

 

Congratulations to the Cross Country Team for their performance in the city meet. The boys placed second and the girls placed third. Both Tanner Newkirk and Elliott Wrench  achieved new Hayden cross country  records as well. Awesome job WILDCATS!

 

InterState Studios is here this morning in the cafeteria to take pictures of any student, faculty or staff that didn’t have their picture taken in August and also for retakes. 

 

Mass will be moved to 11:50 am on Wednesday and Thursday and there will be no confessions on Wednesday.

 

There will be an Art Club meeting tomorrow morning at 7:15 am in the art room. All are welcome.

Rosary tomorrow at 7:30am in the chapel led by the Grace Girls.

 

InterState Studios will be here tomorrow morning to take pictures of all students, faculty and staff who did not have their picture taken in August as well as picture retakes. Remember to wear your Hayden uniform & bring your best smile. Everyone needs to have their picture taken for the yearbook.

Friday, October 8 – A Day

Start bringing your cans to your House for CanStruction now through October 21st.

 

Confession today from 11-12 in the chapel.  Mass at 3:15.  There will be a rosary led by Campus Ministers on Monday at 7:30am, also in the chapel.

Thursday, October 7 – A Day

Today’s lunch will be Pancakes, Sausages, Potatoes, Fruit Bar & Milk.

 

There will be an informational FBLA meeting on Thursday, October 7, at 3:10 pm in Room 102.  Anyone interested in joining FBLA may attend.

 

Congratulations to our girls golf team on winning the Basehor invitational. Medalists include Kate Roeder, Hannah Reynoldson & Kyleigh Johnson. Nice job Wildcats!

 

 

Wednesday, October 6 – B Day

Last Saturday the Debate team competed at the Seaman Fall Classic. Novice debaters: Kaven O’Loughlin, Melicia Hernandez, Ian Mead, Addie Tanking, Cooper Grace and Preston Meitner all went 2-3. Sean McConnell and Reagan Huscher competed in the open division where they placed 3rd overall with a 4-1 record. 

 

InterState Studios will be here on Tuesday, October 12 for picture retakes. They will also take pictures of any students, faculty or staff who did not have their picture taken in August. Please make sure to have your picture taken for the yearbook.

Tuesday, October 5 – PreACT/ACT Testing

Freshmen and Sophomores need to be here at 8AM SHARP for the PreACT test. Only Juniors & Seniors who signed up for the ACT test will need to report to campus at 8AM SHARP tomorrow. If you are a Junior or Senior and did not sign up for the ACT, you will not report to school tomorrow. Wednesday will be a B Day.

Monday, October 4 – NO SCHOOL, School of Faith/Freshman Retreat

All Sophomores need to report for the PreACT at 8AM SHARP. Only Juniors & Seniors who signed up for the ACT will need to report to campus at 8AM tomorrow. If you are a Junior or Senior and did not sign up for the ACT, you will not report to school tomorrow. Wednesday will be a B Day.

 

Please keep our freshmen in your prayers as they attend their retreat today and tomorrow.

 

Come out and support our Boys Soccer Team for Senior Night. The game begins at 4pm vs. Baldwin. Senior introductions will be after the varsity game. GO WILDCATS!

Friday, October 1 – B Day

There will not be school on Monday due to School of Faith/In-service. Tuesday will be a testing day. All sophomores will report to campus at 8am for the PreACT. Only juniors and seniors who signed up for the ACT will report to campus at 8am. If you are a junior/senior who did not sign up to take the ACT you will not report to school.
